All property investors deserve to have their property managed at the highest level, and this is something that we pride ourselves on. Our Agency structure ensures that every aspect of our Property Management services are looked after at all times. To function efficiently and precisely, aspects are divided and allocated to specific staff members.

 

Our role as your Agent encompasses three core functions:

  1. Letting of the property
  2. Ongoing Tenancy Management
  3. Trust accounting & administration

 

Lettings

Our Property Officers are responsible for finding you the best tenant as quickly as possible. Their role includes ensuring the property is marketed correctly, holding open inspections and private inspections for prospective tenants, processing applications from prospective tenants and continual communication with current and prospective tenants

 

Ongoing Tenancy Management

Together, our Property Managers and Property Officer tend to all ongoing tenancy requirements. This includes discussing prospective tenant applications, ingoing and outgoing reports, rent and water usage arrears management, repairs and maintenance, tenancy administration, regular inspections, regular rent reviews, dispute resolution and so on. We have eager staff available to quickly complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

 

Trust Accounting & Administration

Our Accounts Manager handles all rent and other payments received, pays invoices and statutory charges as required, banking and fund transfers, file administration and produces monthly owner statements.

 

Having these functions divided and allocated to specific staff members, means that you don’t have one person trying to do everything. And usually failing. This also eliminates any concerns with having your Property Manager on sick leave or annual leave!
