Michelle Bink
Michelle has been an integral part of the Dowling Property Raymond Terrace team since 2005, bringing a wealth of experience across both residential and commercial accounts. Having originally joined the business in a reception role, Michelle has gone on to excel in every position she has held, becoming a trusted and dependable part of the team.
Known for her loyalty, strong community connection, and genuine care for others, Michelle is passionate about customer service and takes pride in making sure people feel supported throughout their experience with our agency. She doesn’t simply focus on getting the job done — she wants the people she helps to feel heard, cared for, and confident that they are in good hands.
Michelle is also a strong advocate for the business, always speaking highly of the team and proudly promoting what Dowling stands for within the local community. Her willingness to grow, get involved, and support those around her has made a lasting impact internally as well, from helping onboard new team members to contributing to procedure improvements and supporting the team through times of change.
Outside of work, Michelle’s perfect weekend is spent with her two boys, with football taking centre stage during the winter months. She has also recently taken on tackle footy herself, proving that when Michelle commits to something, she gives it everything. Her dream overseas holiday is a trip to America, where she hopes to visit Disneyland and indulge her love of speedway tracks.
