Jo has recently joined the team, bringing a warm, friendly, and dependable approach to reception, business development support, and client liaison. She is passionate about ensuring every customer is welcomed with a smile and has the best possible experience, creating positive first impressions and genuine connections from the very first interaction.
Jo was drawn to the role by the opportunity for new growth and the chance to work alongside a team she has known and trusted for many years through her own experience as a tenant. At the heart of everything she does is her “why”, embracing new opportunities while creating meaningful, positive experiences for others through her approachable and caring nature.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time in the open air with her son and their dog, making the most of fun, active moments together. A surprising quality about Jo is her musical talent, she can play five different instruments, and her dream overseas holiday is anywhere with beautiful snorkelling and great food.
