Donna Talbot

Donna has recently joined the team as a Property Manager, supporting landlords and tenants with day-to-day property management including communication, arrears, maintenance, compliance, inspections, rent reviews, bond releases, and Tribunal matters. She joined because of the well-organised rent roll, long-term team stability, and supportive leadership, and her “why” is to bring order, clarity, and solutions to what can often feel stressful for clients. What she values most in her role is positive feedback from landlords and tenants, knowing she’s made a difference in their experience.
 
Outside of work, Donna loves being at the beach and swimming in the ocean, catching up with friends for dinner, and slow Sundays at home with coffee and the newspaper. She’s known for genuinely caring about client experience and being resilient in her approach, and her dream holiday is to visit the Amalfi Coast and the Mediterranean.
