Kate, I do want to comment how professional I have found Dowling and how much I appreciate that. I do understand you’re all busy and especially at the moment, so I don’t expect to always hear straight back. I have had two other agencies in the past who have never replied at all or within a timely manner. How frustrating that can be to be ignored and not taken seriously as a landlord as the agency’s ultimately lost our business. One agency had lots of change of staff with property managers leaving frequently and management didn’t care. Also, I experienced on both occasions with the agencies siding more with the tenant than being fair with the landlord too for more future business as the tenants ultimately left eventually anyway. Taylah and Madi return my emails promptly when I enquire as well as Karen is efficiency too in the past with my queries. Keep up the great work your team are all doing, as we have no complaints.
