Our team have a pro-active, dedicated and realistic approach to each property we represent. With the responsibility of managing a strong portfolio of over 535 properties, we work hard to justify the confidence that our clients have in us and are rewarded with trusting, long-term business relationships. Licensee Gregg Bates has owned and operated Dowling since the doors opened in September 1990 and our success is built on the respect we have within the community to exceed your real estate needs and expectations. Our Property Management department is coordinated by our Office Manager, Kate Organ, who has worked her way through the ranks since starting with our firm in 2007. Kate has a determined and innovative approach to the industry, business management and the culture within our team.

 

All property investors deserve to have their property managed at the highest level by an invested Agent, and this is something that we pride ourselves on. Our Agency structure ensures that every aspect of our Property Management services are looked after at all times. To function efficiently and precisely, aspects are divided and allocated to specific staff members.
