Licensee Gregg Bates has owned and operated Dowling since the doors opened in September 1990 and our success is built on the respect we have within the community to exceed your real estate needs and expectations. Our Property Management department is coordinated by our Office Manager, Kate Organ, who has worked her way through the ranks since starting with our firm in 2007. Kate has a determined and innovative approach to the industry, business management and the culture within our team.
