Rental monies are usually paid on the second last business day of the month unless instructed otherwise, and is paid to you by way of a direct deposit to your nominated bank account.
A statement is issued at the same time outlining the debits and credits for that month, this statement will also have a copy of any invoices paid from rental monies for maintenance etc. for your records.
We have an electronic filing system which allows us to re-print or email any monthly statements or invoices in a timely manner.
